This past week we made Tzatziki for the first time this year! This batch was made with cow yogurt – which we strained to make it thicker, and then added fresh shredded cucumber, fresh dill, garlic and a bit of salt. I didn’t even think I liked dill but I love this stuff! Normally Tzatziki is used in gyros and falafel, but I just like it as a vegi dip. It’s a lot healthier than regular dip too since it’s yogurt.
